Northwoods Vacation Rentals (NWVR), is a well established and professional Property Management Company that rents unique Homes, Cabins and Lodges in Vilas & Oneida County.

NWVRs is a family owned business for over 25 years. We are here to help plan a tourist’s vacation destination in a private home of their liking in one of northern Wisconsin’s beautiful locations throughout Boulder Junction, Presque Isle/Winchester, Land O’Lakes or Manitowish Waters, Sayner and Minocqua.  It is at these rental properties where the customer will find privacy and beautiful wilderness and lakeside settings alongside access to dining, shopping, trails, and more.  NWVR provides cabins and homes ideally situated on lakes that highlight the best the Northwoods has to offer – wildlife, fishing, swimming, and recreation.  Amenities include canoes, kayaks, fishing boats, sunsets and sunrises, large decks for grilling and socializing, fire pits and fireplaces, and comfortable stays with home-away-from-home necessities. As a unique amenity NWVR also provides pontoon rentals nightly or weekly.
